Fever-Eating moong dal in fever is the best diet. In case of fever, cook moong dal by adding dry gooseberries and eat it twice daily in the morning and evening. Fever will be cured by this; diarrhea will come clear. Moong is beneficial for the eyes.
Strengthening – (1) After being sick for a long time, after being cured, the power increases by eating moong dal regularly.
(2) To weak patients who are forbidden to give food, boil the whole moong in water and filter the water and add salt, black pepper according to taste and sprinkle it with asafetida and drink it little by little, it is tasty, digestible. It also gives strength.
(3) Eating moong laddus increases the power
(4) During the winter season, the digestive power increases. Hence nutritious food is beneficial. Take 500 grams of unpeeled moong dal, 250 grams of urad dal soaked in water for 3 hours and grind it and fry 750 grams of ghee in low flame. After frying well, keep it to cool down. 50 grams of asparagus powder and 750 grams of boora (made from sugar) mix well and keep 50 grams of laddus. Eat two laddus daily in the morning. Bake moong and grind it. Rubbing them stops excessive sweating.
Night blindness-
By eating the whole moong boiled and mixed with sugar, night blindness is cured.
Burning-
Grind moong in water and apply it to the burnt area. Soak moong dal in so much water that it absorbs that water. After soaking for two hours, grinding it and applying to on herpes, scabies is beneficial.
Constipation is caused by eating constipated rice, eat moong khichdi instead of it. Make two parts moong dal and one- partricekhichdi.Youcanaddsalt.Thenadd ghee and eat it. This will remove constipation and will clear the diarrhea.
Blisters-
Soak the lentils along with the peel of moong in water overnight. Filter it in the morning and rinse it with water and eat it after chewing the lentils.Theblisterswillbefine.You can add whatever spices you want to the lentils for taste. Eat moong dal with peels in the food.
Diarrhea-
In new and long-standing diarrhea, roast 100 grams of moong on a pan and grind it. Mixing two spoons of it in a cup of curd and eating it regularly, is beneficial in diarrhea.
